Photoshop 32 bit…file>import>video frames to layers
When finished color correcting or w/e…
File>Save as web or media device….
Set “lossy” to 17…seems to just add a little grain but cuts filesize in half.
That’s what I have done so far to minimize file size. There may be even better ways.
